| Inspect your product immediately upon receipt and notify us within 5 business days of any problems. Before you return any item for any reason, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You can telephone us at
877-359-6032. Use the Return authorization Form in the link below to provide details about the return and mail it with your return. You will need Adobe Reader to access this form. |

| We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed Ex, or insured US Mail. Items not received by Heroes’ Clothes will NOT receive credit for the return. |

| Items received without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused and sent back to you. |

| Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense, as long as we are contacted within 5 business days from receipt of your order. Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name. You can e-mail us, fax, or telephone. |

All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be communicated to us within 5 business days from receipt of your order. |
